Synopsis

Colombian diver Orlando Duque travels to Antarctica to make the most spectacular jump of his life - from an iceberg higher than 20m. Armed with a crampon, two ice axes and a 7 millimeters thick neoprene suit, the Colombian diver ventures through the cold places of Antarctica. It all started on January 5th 2018, that day Duque left his home in Cali, Colombia, to undertake one of the most dangerous and difficult adventures in his more than 25 years of sports career: jumping from a giant ice floe in Antarctica and show the world how humans exterminate this continent that is essential for the conservation of life on earth. They travel more than 10 thousand kilometers by air, sea and land to reach the most mysterious and icy place on the planet. The route was guided by a scientific expedition of the Colombian Navy, entity that endorsed the diver's trip. With a team consisting of two boats and more than 15 people, among whom were divers, doctors, nurses, cameramen, photographers and his wife Catalina, they undertook the journey to the giant iceberg.
